LEVIA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

In the event that we do not accept, or must cancel, an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale, redistribution, or export.

All products sold by LEVIA are digital and delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product via email and/or a direct download or access link, typically within minutes of purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring you provide a valid, accessible email address at checkout. LEVIA is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or issues with your device or internet connection.

Access to digital products is granted for your personal use only, in accordance with the license terms provided with each product. LEVIA reserves the right to revoke access in cases of misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, digital products, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by LEVIA, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use purchased digital products for your personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with the specific license terms provided with each product. You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publicly display, create derivative works of, or transmit any purchased product or other material from the Services without our prior written consent.

LEVIA's names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of LEVIA. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify.

You may be provided with access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control. LEVIA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with LEVIA. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and LEVIA, including any loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with LEVIA.

The following sections will continue to apply following termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The information and digital products presented through the Services are made available "as is" and "as available," without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL LEVIA, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or change any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
